I am a senior with arthritic hands, so 18 oz is the largest size that works for me. I have tried many different water bottles, only stainless steel for the sanitation of them. I only buy leakproof to carry on the go and in my pilates bag. I have been using one with a screw on lid/spout, but after having knocked it over twice this past week, spilling water all over due to leaving the lid off for convenience sake, I started looking for something with an easier open/close spout. This ThermaFlask is exactly what works; it is very well designed. Two lids are included, but I am only using the one with the straw attachment. The construction materials are good quality. The mechanism is solid and the straw mounting is such that it doesn't leak easily if tipped over when open--it will eventually, of course, but not initially. The size and diameter is comfortable and easy to hold. Highly recommend. Also, ladies, if you avoid drinking from a straw due to the formation of fine vertical lines around the mouth, the drinking spout is rectangular shaped with the straw mechanism inset so that the "prune effect" is greatly reduced!

Very happy with the lavender ThermoFlask 40 oz bottle. Keeps my water cold all day. My only complaint is the flip-up straw lid (?) - the lid used to have a silicone tip that was softer and couldn't knock out your tooth. These new ones have a hard plastic flip-up piece that I do not like and it also leaks if you choose not to use the straw with this lid. I don't like cleaning the straws (tedious), so I just don't use them, and I was surprised to find the lid leaking every time I took a drink. My old lid fits this new bottle, so I'm just using it instead, but I wish they had left the design alone. Overall, I like the color, volume, how long it keeps my water cold, the texture that is easy to hold onto, and the handle on the flip-up lid for easy carrying. Definitely recommend these bottles at a good price.

Love thing. Keeps my liquid cold for over 8 hours. Fits in the cup holder. Very durable. I have dropped it a couple of times. No damage to the product

This is my second one, and they are great. No leaks and keep things cold all day. There is a chug lid that came with it. At first I didn’t think there was because it was not in the inside box with the bottle, straws, and straw lid. When I checked the outside box, found that it was at the bottom on the box, hidden by a cardboard wall. It was not visible without reaching my hand down there.
