The decorative designer one I had to return because the flashy parts were cheaply made and not durable, but it cost more than this one. This one isn't designer, but it delivers in all the ways that count the most. It kept my backpack from getting wet from rain, it fit easily around my backpack, and the elastic was even taut enough that I could have foregone strapping it in place, all of which are good initial signs of a terrific purchase. The waterproof material is the same or similar to that of an umbrella.
I have a 50L backpack and ordered a large without double checking the specific measurements of my pack. Because of this, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company to see if I could return for a replacement. They responded immediately that they would send me a new one right away free of charge! I gave them the measurements of my backpack and the very next day my new one arrived. I have never received such wonderful and speedy customer service. I recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable rain cover. If there are any issues at all, they will take care of you! The XL fits my pack great and I like that the adjustable straps ensure my rain cover is tightly secured over my pack. I cannot wait to hit the trails with it!

Great little cover that does exactly what it promises. The material feels tough and durable, not flimsy like some others I’ve tried, and the included packable bag makes it super easy to stash in my backpack when the sun comes back out. I did run into a sizing issue at first, but the customer service was outstanding—quick to respond, friendly, and they resolved it faster than the rain can start on a hiking trail. Excellent product backed by even better support. Highly recommend!
The rain covers are good quality, and it protects our backpacks from the rain. We purchased 2 of Black color medium size for our Cotopaxi 28L bags, thinking it would also fit the Cotopaxi 26L bags we own, however it was too big. I contacted customer service and hoping to exchange to smaller size. Leo the owner was VERY FRIENDLY, he did not hesitate and helped us got the smaller sizes. The buckle straps also helped keep the bags secured. It’s easy to use as well. Highly recommend!
